Kudremukh National Park, located in the Western Ghats of Karnataka, is known for its rolling hills, evergreen forests, and rich biodiversity. The park is home to several species of endangered wildlife, including tigers, leopards, and lion-tailed macaques. Its lush landscape, waterfalls, and streams make it a scenic destination for trekking and eco-tourism. The name Kudremukh means “horse-face,” referring to a peak that resembles a horse’s face.
