The Forest Owlet is a rare and elusive owl species found in the forests of India. It is known for its distinctive call and cryptic plumage, which provides excellent camouflage in its dense forest habitat. Forest Owlets are primarily nocturnal hunters, preying on small mammals, birds, and insects. Their secretive nature makes them challenging to study and protect.
