The Tahr is a large, rugged mountain-dwelling ungulate native to the Himalayas and parts of Central Asia. It is known for its dense, reddish-brown fur and curved horns. Tahr inhabit steep, rocky terrain and feed on grasses, leaves, and shrubs. They are well adapted to cold, mountainous environments and are known for their agility in navigating rocky slopes.
